Book craft ideas make me smile. I give new life to a tome that is cast aside. For example, dictionaries with a 1980 copyright are missing a lot of words!
I am a huge lover of books. I am not necessarily a fan of destroying them for the sake of arts and crafts. However, all of the books used in the creation of book art are either damaged or unreadable. They could also be part of a glut of old edition books that will end up in the landfill. I will not be using any original works of fiction. I will share which books were used in the creation of each of the items I post.
Additionally, I like to repurpose the natural resources found all around my home to craft decorative items. We have an abundance of pinecones and the seed pods from Sweet Gum Trees and I don’t let them go to waste.
